SHOULDER AND ELBOW PAIN
Shoulder and Elbow Pain Treatment
Shoulder and elbow injuries are seen a lot in clinic. We use our upper limb all day everyday. So much is required from these 2 joints, it’s no wonder they can sometimes go wrong.
The shoulder and elbow can rarely be looked at in isolation. This is due to their intimate relationship with each other and with other joints in the area, including the wrist, upper back and neck. At Bodysmiths we look at every possible reason for why you may be in pain, and then we solve it.
Shoulder and elbow injuries can occur for a number of reasons, from poor posture to a skiing accident, from overwork in the gym to not exercising them enough.
